What happens after payment? How can I download the presets?
You will receive immediate access to the presets by downloading them. You will be redirected to a page where the download will start automatically. If not, you can retrieve them from “Your Account” after logging in. There you will find the list of your recent orders. Click on the one containing your presets to start the download.
Can I use these presets on Mac OS and Windows?
Yes, the Ampero II Stomp software is available for both Mac and PC. Visit the Hotone website to download it.
After downloading, I can’t find the files
The presets are contained in a zip archive file. You need to extract it using the software installed on your operating system.
How can I import the presets into my Ampero II?
You need to use the Ampero II Stomp software. It is available for free on the Ampero II page via the Hotone website. Then, read the PDF file included with the presets for import instructions.
The presets are not compatible with the firmware installed on my Ampero II
We provide presets compatible with the latest version of the Ampero II firmware. Please update your effects processor following Hotone’s instructions.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
The presets are downloadable digital products. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for these products.
Can I get a trial version?
We do not offer trial versions of our effects packs.
