Raúl Márquez

Raúl Márquez began playing violin at the age of 8 in Zaragoza (Spain). He never stopped improving his technical skills. He is specialized in modern violin.
He participated in several album recordings and world tours with many artists like Joaquín Sabina, Sara Baras, Joaquín Cortés, “El Cigala” or Rafael Amargo. With these artists, he played on international stages in many countries including the United-States, Mexico, Japan, Russia and more. Raúl has also many personal projects like Swing Machine Orchestra, a swing bowed stringed orchestra. Furthermore, he is also a violin teacher for the Music and Stagecraft Faculty of the University Alfonso X el Sabio (Madrid).
