Jesús Florido

Born in Venezuela, living in the U.S since 1989, Jesús Florido has established himself as a very versatile musician.

He received a classical training, but he studied too Afro-Cuban, Jazz, Rock, and Fiddle music. All these music influences oriented him to utilize both acoustic and electric violins in his recordings and performances.

Jesús has shared the stage and offered his music skills with a wide variety of artists from Zubin Metha, Pinchas Zukermann and Itzhak Perlman to Whitney Houston, Moody Blues, Robert Plant and Jimmy Page among many others. He is also working as a soloist artist and is membered of many music bands like Sonetto Rosso.
